It is a universal truth that opposites attract and create harmony. Hot and cold, hard and soft, black and white. You can´t have one without the other. When designer Lisa Hilland was asked to create a vase for Orrefors that was just as beautiful with or without flowers, she chose to contrast the exclusive crystal with metal. BLOOM is inspired by the organic shapes in nature, such as flowers and leaves. It is as perfect holding an exquisite bouquet as it is with a simple branch of ivy but is also stunning in its own glory when the clear Orrefors crystal catches the light just right.
