“This is a well-made, accurate globe with a raised relief to represent topography like mountain ranges. My one complaint is that the color of the holder looks a little darker in the online picture as though it were an antique brass finish, and the actual color is bright golden (spray-painted steel?), so uniform in color that it almost looks plastic. There is also a small blue plastic disk at the top of the holder that isnt shown in the picture. This is still very good; as an object of decor, its not quite what I wanted.
